Terms for using CommerceOS.
Effective date: July 4, 2026. This page is written for launch readiness and still requires legal review before public release.
1. Use of the service
CommerceOS is provided for lawful business use by approved merchants and their authorized team members. Merchants are responsible for their users, data entered into the platform, and compliance with local laws and channel policies.
2. Account responsibility
Merchants are responsible for protecting credentials, managing user access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. CommerceOS may suspend access to protect the platform or other merchants if abuse or security risk is detected.
3. Roadmap and beta limitations
CommerceOS Orders is the first sellable module. Features described as upcoming, including AI order extraction and subscription billing, are roadmap statements and not contractual commitments.
4. Service changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or retire parts of the service as the product evolves. Pricing, support levels, and beta availability may change over time.
