Built for teams who sell through conversations, not just storefronts.
CommerceOS exists because social commerce operations still run on scattered chats, spreadsheets, and operator memory. We are building the operating system that should have existed for this workflow from the start.
Why now
SMB sellers are winning on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and direct social channels, but their operations still depend on manual coordination. CommerceOS brings structure, visibility, and future AI leverage to the places where those teams already work.
The first module, CommerceOS Orders, is intentionally focused: solve the daily operational core first, then expand into deeper automation, billing, and AI-assisted flows.
Operator-first
CommerceOS is designed for the people doing real operational work, not only for management dashboards.
Social commerce native
The system starts from WhatsApp, Instagram, and conversational selling behavior instead of forcing generic ecommerce assumptions.
Execution over clutter
The product should reduce operational drag, not introduce more tabs, more exports, or more process theater.
AI where it removes friction
AI should be introduced when it saves time and reduces manual re-entry, starting with message-to-order extraction.
Orders first
The first product is CommerceOS Orders, because operations need clarity before anything else.
AI with guardrails
AI order extraction is on the roadmap, but only inside a workflow that keeps human review and accountability.
Launch pragmatically
Structured logs, audit foundations, staging docs, and tenant isolation are part of the product discipline, not afterthoughts.
